Are the webinars approved for nursing continuing education credit?
Yes, our programs are approved for nursing continuing education credit by the Rhode Island State Nurses Association. The Rhode Island State Nurses Association is an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
Will my state board of nursing accept the continuing education approval?
Our programs are approved for nursing continuing education credit by the Rhode Island State Nurses Association, an accredited approver of nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). Programs approved through the ANCC and its affiliates are generally accepted by most state boards of nursing. If you are unsure about your state board, please contact them to confirm their acceptance of the nursing continuing education credits.
Do I need to take a post-test to get my continuing education certificate?
No, you do not need to take a post-test. After you have viewed the entire program, you will have access to the evaluation form. Once you submit your evaluation, your nursing continuing education certificate will be automatically generated for you to print. It will also be saved in your account where you can access it later if needed.
Do I need any special software to view the continuing education presentations?
No, you do not need any special software to view the nursing continuing education programs. Our programs are presented in streaming video and will run on any computer.
What is the format of the presentation?
The programs are pre-recorded slide presentations with audio. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the program.
Do I need to view the nursing continuing education programs in any particular order?
You are not required to view the programs in any particular order. Some programs are split into two parts and for obvious reasons, we suggest that you view part one before moving on to part two.
How long do I have to complete a purchased program?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete a program.
What if I don’t have time to finish a program in one sitting?
If you get part way through the program and do not have time to finish, you can come back to finish the program within 30 days of purchase. Just login to your account and click on “Finish Viewing Now.” Our video player will remember where you left off and will start up the program from that point. No time wasted!
When do I get my continuing education certificate?
As soon as you complete the program evaluation, your nursing continuing education certificate will be automatically generated. You can print the certificate immediately and it will also be saved in your account.
When do I complete the evaluation form?
As soon as you reach the end of the recorded continuing education program, you will have access to the program evaluation to complete online. Once you’re done, you submit your form and you’ll receive your nursing continuing education certificate.
What if I need another copy of my continuing education certificate?
We keep a copy of your nursing continuing education certificate in your account for 3 years after you complete the program. Go to “Your Account” and click on the certificate that you want to reprint.
What if I have trouble viewing a program, printing a certificate or accessing my account?

Are the presenters available to deliver programs onsite?
Yes, our presenters are available to deliver onsite nursing continuing education programs. Please visit the Who We Are page to connect to their websites where you can learn more about their onsite programs and contact them directly. If you would rather, you can complete the email form on our Contact page and we’ll pass along your message.
Can I record the seminar or download it to my computer?
Sorry, to protect the work of our presenters, we cannot allow the programs to be recorded or saved to your computer. You are welcome to view the program multiple times until you complete the evaluation. Once you submit your evaluation form and receive your continuing education certificate, you will no longer be able to access that program.
Are the webinars available by CD?
No. The programs are only available in streaming video format to be viewed from our website.
What are your shipping fees for products?
Standard ground shipping within the continental United States is free for product orders over $25 (not including webinar purchases). A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply to orders under $25. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated on a per order basis and the actual charge will apply. No handling fees applied.
Are nursing continuing education credits available for your products?
No, the products that we offer are a compliment to our continuing education webinars and have not been approved for continuing education credit.

Why do I need to create an account?
To comply with the requirements for nursing continuing education records, we need to create a unique identifier for you. In your account, you will be able to see which programs you have purchased, continue viewing an unfinished program, keep track of when and how many nursing contact hours you have earned, and re-print continuing education certificates.
